F1 Tribute - Mika Hakkinen
Posted on 12. Jun, 2009 by in F1
It’s natural for any Formula 1 fan to make a tribute for their countrymen. So here is my tribute to the two time world champion Mika Hakkinen, one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time. Music: “Spectral Mornings” by Steve Hackett.

Mika was really a supremely fast naturally gifted driver… to me he would beat any driver in identical cars, even schumi… Oh besides Senna when he was at mclaren…

man, your video is awsome! the music fits perfectly, you also managed to match the music perfectly at the part where was mika’s near-fatal crash…
But can I ask what is that 2-passenger McLaren F1 car mika drives with his wife behind, and what event is it (where he drives it on snow)?

Is it true Hackett cracked a glass in the studio while recording this? It’s not even that high. Brilliant song, Dad played it when i was a wee kid.

Cause EVH uses his two-handed trapping technique and Steve doesn’t get the credit

Mika Häkkistä parempaa ajajaa saa etsiä.
Pystyy olla rauhallisena pahimpina hetkinäkin, eikä sorru paineisiin. Koskaan.

great video, I love Hackett’s music, always such an under-rated guitarist.
